Audition was last night, I met the guys, they are all cool dudes.
Just got the thumbs up today and i am in. The band is called "Working man"
They have a singer/keyboardist, drummer and guitarist, the guitarist has a packed large furman pedal board...probably 2x as many as i had back home, which is a lot.
He has a sampler for the nifty sounds in new world man opening, and a few other tunes.
Plus he just bought a really rare moog pedal board for 3k, now that's dedication to sound like rush! pretty cool to watch him play guitar and the pedal board at the same time hehe
I bought a pigtronix distortion/fuzz pedal, gonna try to get the nasty/gnarly ric sound with it for some of the tunes.
Anyway here's our setlist, gig on the 28th of dec

That's cool, can't wait to hear how you guys sound! Nice to see some other less well known (by Rush nerds anyway) Rush songs on there. I've always loved The Enemy Within and Marathon. You got a leg up as you probably know all or part of about a third of those I guess. Who gets to sing the Geddy Lee parts?
The singer sounds good, he also plays keys ...now we just gota do the geddy super high parts on 2112 lol
Cool, Crease! Nat. Science, Freewill, & those last 8 are my cup of tea! :)
